WHAT TIME CAN I CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT OF THE APARTMENT?The official check-in time is from 5pm. If your apartment is ready beforehand you may be allowed to enter before this time. Apartments should be vacated by 12 noon.
IS THERE A RECEPTION AT THE APARTMENTS?
The apartments do not have a reception. Key collection and questions will be attended to in reception at Apartamentos Almonsa Playa (24h), Carrer Montblanc nº4, Tel. 977 353 546
WHEN DO I NEED TO PAY FOR MY BOOKING?When you make your booking on this website you will be asked for credit card details as a guarantee: you will not be charged at this point. Payment should be made directly in the establishment unless you have booked a Non-Refundable offer or promotion.
WHAT IS A NON-REFUNDABLE RATE?These are rates that must be paid, using the credit card details you provide, when the booking is made. You may not modify or cancel these types of bookings. Once the booking is confirmed, no amount will be returned.
DO THE APARTMENTS HAVE COTS?
Cots are available on request and cost €5 per day.
DO THE APARTMENTS HAVE KITCHENWARE?Yes, the apartments have basic kitchenware.
ARE PETS PERMITTED?
We're sorry, but no type of animal is permitted at these apartments.
HOW FAR AWAY IS PORTAVENTURA?PortAventura is just 3 km away from the apartments.
DO THE APARTMENTS HAVE A SWIMMING POOL?
The apartments have two outdoor swimming pools: one large and another for children.
ARE THE APARTMENTS CLEANED DURING MY STAY? ARE TOWELS AND BED SHEETS INCLUDED?The apartments are only cleaned at check-in and check-out. There is no daily cleaning service. Bed sheets and towels are included and these are changed once a week for stays of a minimum of 7 days.
DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT AT CHECK-IN?Yes. When you arrive, reception will ask for a deposit of €100 per apartment, in cash. This will be returned at check-out once the state of the apartment has been confirmed.
